Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual who exhibits abusive behavior towards our staff or other clients. Our clinic adheres to a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of aggression or disrespect, ensuring a safe and positive atmosphere for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
We respect your time and the importance of commitment. To maintain a fair scheduling system, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Please note that late cancellations may incur a fee, as we aim to accommodate all our clients effectively.
